Terms of Service

1. Overview

Welcome to AppAdSwap. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use AppAdSwap.

2. Service Description

AppAdSwap is a platform that allows app owners to:

• Display ads for other participating apps
• Earn credits when their website displays other apps (impressions/clicks)
• Spend credits to promote their own app across the network
• Purchase credits and subscribe to premium plans

3. Eligibility

To use AppAdSwap you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. You represent that you have the right to submit apps and content you upload.

4. Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not manipulate impressions or clicks through automation or other abuse.

5. Credits System

Credits are units used in the AppAdSwap network.

• Earning: You earn credits when other apps are shown on your site (impressions) and when visitors click apps (clicks).
• Spending: Credits are spent when your app is shown on other websites.
• Purchases: Credits may be purchased with real money via Stripe.
• No cash value: Credits are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash (unless applicable law requires otherwise).

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments and subscription billing are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms. Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled.

Store price IDs and correct webhook configuration for production before enabling live payments.

7. Acceptable Use & Prohibitions

Prohibited activities include:

• Artificially inflating impressions/clicks or harvesting credits.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated browsers to generate impressions/clicks.
• Uploading malware, scams, or illegal content.
• Abusing other users or the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited conduct and may revoke credits or take other remedial actions.

8. App Content & Submission

You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use all submitted content and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or other misconduct. You may also delete your account at any time. Historical analytics may be retained for integrity and auditing.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

AppAdSwap is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results, uptime, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Germany, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
